About us

Sarthak Foundation started with the belief that no child should be left behind for being born in economic and social disadvantage. All our projects and programmes are designed to make children and young people self-sustainable through education, social emotional strengthening and employability skills.

We embarked on this mission with a handful of children and no resources at our disposal but relentless passion and a strong will to make a difference turned what began in 2013 with just 6 children under a tree in a slum to a mission covering 20 slums and 32 villages reaching about 5000+ children today, 76% being girls

Our primary beneficiaries are children and youth who belong from socio - economically disadvantaged backgrounds. These are the children who were school dropouts and into different forms of labour or are at the risk of dropping out of schools.
